Home Care

New Life Home Care & Hospice Agency offers a full range of services, from simple dressing changes to complex therapy.


Skilled Nursing Services:
Including but not limited to wound care, Foley care, diabetic management, patient assessment, nutritional and diet information, medications and disease management.


Physical Therapy Services:
Work to help patients regain physical function and improve range of motion. Therapists assist and/or train patients with gait training including but not limited to the use of wheelchairs, walkers, artificial limbs, etc., and pain control.


Occupational Therapy Services:
Help each patient learn to better perform activities of daily living. Activities may include eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal hygiene care to promote independence and improved quality of life.


Social Worker Services:
Assist patients in solving problems that may arise caused by illness including social, financial and transportation problems.


Home Health Aide/Nursing Assistant Services:
Assist patients, with activities of daily living and personal care. Our staff can also provide respite care, grooming, bathing, preparing of a light meal to light housekeeping, and a vast number of other personal care duties.


Live-In / Companion / Private Duty Services:
All services above may be provided in the home on a per visit basis or on an hourly basis.
We provide nursing care at different locations, depending upon your family's needs.
